Ecstatic to announce the first Event of our 2022 season:

Mik, founder of Holistic Personal Training, found our little flower farm via our very popular Bath Salts & our collaboration was born! She explains the event wonderfully, in her recent instagram post:

Welcome in the much anticipated summer weather with a mini, inner city retreat with two amazing local businesses.

@holisticspersonaltraining will guide you through a professional workout with fun props, cool down and release tension with a full body stretch. Once completed we will go right into a meditation with other fitting props.

With this clear mind…

@tenlairsdeep will have an interactive Bath Salts Bar set up, where you can pick from a variety of naturally made (amazing smelling) bath salts to take home with you. They have so many healing properties!

The retreat doesn’t end there! We will have a fire to gather around and learn more about each other to finish off this mood enhancing experience.
